I stayed here 1 night and liked it. The rooms were good and spacious kept by the affable staff. The bathroom was fairly clean, beds were comfortable. The location was favourable and comfy in the middle of jackson. Plus, it was not far from the store and restaurants.

The room was cozy with a cable TV, fridge, and microwave - perfect for our karaoke nights!

When I first arrived the parking lot had old abandoned cars in it and the pavement was in poor condition. The front office was dark old and gloomy. The person at night was not very pleasant;showed me a map of where my room was and when I had a question she acted as if I had seen the map before with an attitude. My room smelt very old and had black beetles in the bed that were alive and dead crickets everywhere. Also the towels were of low quality and the comforter was thin and rough. The restroom was small with the paint coming off the walls and the toilet kept running. My keys stopped working the second day so I had to go back to the front office to get it reprogrammed. Very happy to leave.

The place needs a major fix-up.

It was close to the county fair grounds (less than a mile). Lots of parking. A/C ran very cold. Bathroom was clean (except for the dead cricket in the corner) . Parking lot had alot of light and we were able to park right outside our door. Mattress did have a protectant cover on it.

The room was smelly. There were 2 crickets (one dead, one alive) in our room. It needs some MAJOR remodeling. The walls were stained and covered in spots (looked like from food or drinks) and the bed was beyond uncomfortable. The door didn't close well, let in alot of light. Pillows sucked.

Cozy beds 🛏️ and you'll find a fridge, ironing set, and work desk in the room with a queen-sized bed.

I like the price and location closed to the hi-way.

The pool is duty and wasn't working and they charge for printing a page $1.00 and it did not work. And the continental brakefast not good. They only have cornflake and coffe and milk. We need hot brakefast.

This place is conveniently located in the middle of Jackson with friendly and helpful staff, and the brand-new double room I stayed in was fantastic.

Nice and roomy, comfortable beds.

The towels were pathetically small. One tiny bar of soap, no shampoo. The continental breakfast consisted of two types of cold cereal, coffee and orange juice only. But for the price, what can one expect?

The price.

Very poor quality bed / mattress. Actually only sat on them trying to do some business on the Internet which was not functioning. Went to the office lobby and the Internet was still non-functioning, even the lobby computer was slower than dial-up. Business needs require I have functioning support facilities. Regardless of the inexpensive price, there was no value at this Regency Inn. The website for this Regency Inn was totally misleading and not truthful.
